Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Knowledge in staffing, coaching, counseling, training and development.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment focused on delivering exceptional consumer experiences in-store.
• Support store leadership with consumer experience initiatives, Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and engage associates.
• Provide training, coaching and feedback to staff for growth.
• Ensure store controls and operating standards are followed while supporting profitability and safety.
• Communicate operations data, product information and local market trends to leadership.
• Help execute revenue-building strategies and monitor performance metrics.
• Assist with external partnerships and community event promotions.
• Engage with the local community to grow brand awareness.
