Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail environment preferred.
• Sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention knowledge.
• Staffing, coaching, counseling, training and development experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
• PC skills: POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment of genuine consumer connection through delivering exceptional retail experiences.
• Support Store Leader with implementing customer experience initiatives, Visual Merchandising, and Visual Standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and coach associates for growth.
• Assist Store Leader with training, coaching and feedback to drive positive development.
• Ensure store controls and operating standards are followed while supporting profitability and safe operations.
• Communicate operations data and market trends to leaders to inform decisions.
• Support revenue-building strategies and monitor performance to meet store goals.
• Assist with external partnerships, event promotions, and community engagement.
