Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills for residential and commercial clients.
• Experience in consultative or field sales, preferably in home services.
• Ability to assess customer needs, explain concepts clearly, and prepare quotes or proposals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; maintain records and follow up on leads.
• Comfort working on-site with customers and coordinating with technicians and staff.
• Basic understanding of building systems or willingness to learn.
