Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee multiple construction projects on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will lead the construction team, manage materials, schedules, permitting, and inspections, and perform core trades as required. The role requires five years of supervisory experience, knowledge of blueprints, and adherence to building codes and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of all construction projects.
• Oversee the on-site construction team and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and coordinate inspections.
• Control project schedule, permitting, and coordination with inspectors.
• Perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Construction Site Supervisor position.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in oversight of all construction projects performed. Oversees the construction team in on-site efforts to build and renovate construction projects throughout the community. Supervises all team members and maintains a safe work environment. Responsible for ordering material, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, controlling schedule, permitting projects, and coordinating inspections. Performsmechanical tasks such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry, as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$29.61 - $37.72 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
