Sure Steel, Inc. in Georgia seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to coordinate on-site activities, manage steel erection projects, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality. You will lead crews, interface with clients and engineers, and drive continuous improvement while upholding our safety-first culture.

The role requires OSHA 30 certification and a track record of leading large field teams in steel construction, with 8–10+ years in steel erection and related methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in construction management or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record.
• 8–10+ years' experience in steel erection, pre-engineered metal buildings, insulated metal panels.
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety credentials a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage all construction activities on-site, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and equipment logistics.
• Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure schedules, quality, and safety adherence.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols; conduct regular inspections and mitigate hazards.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and installations to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide progress updates and reports.
• Lead and mentor field personnel to foster teamwork and professional growth.
