The role focuses on safety, quality, and adherence to design, budget, and schedule while coordinating with subcontractors and on-site teams.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. The position requires HS diploma or equivalency and 5+ years in construction management or foreman-level supervision.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in construction management and/or craft supervision experience (i.e. Foreman) in a similar field of construction.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards.
• Excellent management skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise on-site construction to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise and manage resources to meet project objectives.
• Supervise craft employees to ensure productivity, efficient use of materials & equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
• Interface with all on-site work teams (including subcontractors) to resolve problems and ensure safety, quality and scheduling.
• Assist project team in scheduling, developing, and implementing project Work Plans and procedures, working documents and standards to achieve goals.
