Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking an experienced on-site supervisor to oversee construction projects, ensuring alignment with design, budget and schedule. You will manage field teams, coordinate with scheduling and engineering, and drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across the site.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills, along with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, policies, and standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning abilities.
• Strong management skills and ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate input from scheduling, engineering and material control.
• Direct field supervisors, superintendents and subcontractors for productivity and safety.
• Interface with on-site teams to resolve issues and ensure quality and safety.
• Develop and implement Work Plans and procedures to meet project goals.
• Support safety, quality and environmental initiatives.
