The role requires a High School Diploma and 8+ years of construction management or craft supervision, strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to recruit qualified personnel while maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and company standards.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Experience supervising field supervisors and subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise total construction effort to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Plan and coordinate on-site functions with scheduling and material control.
• Interface with on-site teams to resolve problems and ensure safety and quality.
• Recruit and hire qualified individuals for high-performing teams.
• Support project management with Work Plans and procedures.
