Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Sandusky, OH, seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a long-term commercial project. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and drive schedule and budget performance from mobilization to closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as Superintendent on ground-up and major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience: foundations, slabs-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
