Job summary

Harvard Jolly, Inc. seeks an on-site Construction Services Manager to liaison between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. You will monitor progress, quality, and schedules, protecting the owner's interests and ensuring projects stay on track.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction administration or management, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Travel between jobsites is required, and proficiency with MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction administration, construction management, or related field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and project schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Regular travel between jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site liaison between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, and schedule adherence to protect owner interests.
• Document site observations, reports, and meetings for project records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve field issues and updates.
• Communicate updates, concerns, and solutions to project teams and clients.
• Support positive client experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
