SITEMETRIC LLC is seeking a Site Security Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in Sidney, OH. You will develop and manage the CSP/CMP, protecting personnel, materials, and equipment while coordinating with the Client/Owner, GC, subcontractors, and security tech providers.

You will maintain a dynamic CSP/CMP, enforce zone-based access controls, and manage incident responses on a live construction site, ensuring strict adherence to client protocols and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in security management, preferably on construction sites.
• Experience with security planning, technology-integrated security systems is desirable.
• Ability to manage security plans, maps, diagrams, and procedural documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Construction Security Plan (CSP/CMP) before construction start and update as needed.
• Define and enforce color-coded security zones (Grey/Green/Yellow/Red) on site maps.
• Coordinate with Client/Owner, GC, subcontractors, and security technology providers to integrate security measures.
• Oversee security personnel, scheduling, and training; maintain incident logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with CSP/CMP, conduct site inspections and audits for adherence.
