Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler with Primavera P6 expertise and a strong background in commercial construction to join our team in Dallas, TX. The role will plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery and will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

You will define scope and milestones, integrate subcontractor schedules, produce reports, and support schedule-related disputes.

Qualifications

• BS Construction Management/Engineering or related field; 6 years of scheduling experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Analyze timelines, identify critical paths, and mitigate delays.
• Monitor progress, report schedule variances and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews with project managers and stakeholders.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed reports, including Gantt charts and forecasts.
• Support claims analysis and documentation for schedule-related disputes.
