Qualifications

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project management.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling theory and tools like Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logic, and production rates.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and engineering documents.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
• Monitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, and provide forecasts, updates, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
• Facilitate pull planning sessions and collaborative scheduling workshops that drive alignment across project teams and trade partners.
• Travel to project sites as needed to validate progress, support field coordination, and ensure schedules accurately reflect project conditions.
