You will monitor schedule progress, analyze critical paths, and integrate subcontractor schedules while providing clear reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS Construction Management/Engineering or related field with 6 years of scheduling experience.
• Experience in construction scheduling and understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Analyze timelines, identify critical paths, and mitigate delays.
• Monitor and report on schedule progress and resource allocations.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews with project managers and stakeholders.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed reports and forecasts, including Gantt charts.
• Support claims analysis and provide documentation for disputes if needed.
