Job summary

Compliance Management International is seeking a Construction Safety Professional to ensure regulatory compliance and promote safety culture on projects. This role requires significant field presence and collaboration with General Contractors.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of construction safety experience, strong knowledge of OSHA standards, and effective communication skills. Additional requirements include various certifications and the ability to work flexible hours within project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably with a General Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Experience in screw pile, steel erection, and modular construction.
• Skills in hazard recognition and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a safety resource to the General Contractor and project team.
• Mentor and train personnel on OSHA standards and best practices.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits.
• Lead safety processes such as pre-task planning and incident investigations.
