Compliance Management International (CMI) is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to join our team and support high-profile construction projects. In this role, you will work with General Contractors, subcontractors, and project leadership to create safe, compliant, and productive job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards (29 CFR 1926).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (within past 5 years).
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site safety resource for General Contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Build strong relationships with field personnel and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Coach and mentor employees on OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and field observations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Support and lead critical safety processes: PT Planning, JSAs, permit programs, incident investigations, orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and project-specific requirements; maintain safety documentation and performance metrics.
