Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years dedicated safety experience on a commercial construction jobsite.
• OSHA 510 Standards for Construction Industry is required; OSHA 500 or 502 preferred with last 4 years validity.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification within past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Site-Specific Safety Plan and Emergency Action Plan.
• Conduct site safety orientation for all new employees to review practices.
• Enforce disciplinary actions for safety violations and document corrective measures.
• Perform weekly site safety inspections and collaborate with Regional/Corporate resources.
• Assist in accident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Educate and coach trade partners through on-the-spot training and toolbox talks.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and assist with OSHA inspections.
