CEC FACILITIES LLC in Garland, TX is seeking a Safety Coordinator to assist and coach foremen in completing ORM boards and developing Job Hazard Analyses. The role requires daily documentation of ORM boards and coordination of safety activities on site.

The position requires OSHA 30 Construction, with OSHA 510/511 preferred, and 1–3 years of construction safety experience. Candidates with EH&S training or a degree are encouraged to apply. Some shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required; OSHA 510/511 preferred.
• 1–3 years of construction safety experience (electrical, mechanical safety preferred).
• Degree or extensive training in environmental health and safety discipline is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist and coach Crew Foreman/General Foremen in completing daily ORM boards and developing Job Hazard Analyses; photo-document ORM boards.
• Submit Site Safety Audit reports daily with findings, hazards, and corrective actions.
• Interact with field personnel and site supervision to address safety observations and resolutions.
• Assist with site safety orientations for new employees joining the project.
• Assist supervision with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Perform periodic audits of power tools and equipment to ensure maintenance and safety.
