Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator for a full-time role in Catoosa, OK. You will assist foremen with ORM boards, develop Job Hazard Analyses, and document safety activities daily.

The position includes shifts, potential overtime, and weekend work based on project needs. Responsibilities include site safety orientations, incident investigations, tool audits, and ensuring subcontractor safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or extensive training in environmental health and safety discipline a plus.
• 1 - 3 years in construction safety experience (electrical, mechanical safety experience preferred).
• OSHA 30 Construction required; OSHA 510/511 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coach Crew Foreman/General Foremen in completing ORM boards and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Submit Site Safety Audit reports daily with findings, photos and corrective actions.
• Interact with field personnel and site supervision to address safety observations.
• Assist with delivery of site safety orientations for new employees joining the project.
• Assist site supervision in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Perform periodic audits of power tools and equipment to ensure proper maintenance.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety rules and project requirements.
• Performs other duties to ensure efficient safety processes on the project.
