Qualifications

• 5+ years in a safety-related department or field.
• Familiarity with OSHA 1910/1926 standards and regulations.
• Construction industry safety regulations and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Safety Director and project safety teams.
• Maintain records in the electronic safety management system and incident reporting.
• Coordinate training documentation and update safety plans and forms.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Track corrective actions and prepare safety reports for management.

Skills

5+ years safety experience

Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety

OSHA 10/30 construction

Microsoft Office proficiency
