Job summary

ALLY Construction Services is seeking an Assistant Safety Specialist to support the Safety Director in on-site safety, health, and environmental activities across projects. You will help enforce policies, conduct inspections, and assist in incident investigations while coordinating with clients and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of construction safety experience, a BS in Construction Management (or equivalent), and valid US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily project safety inspections and enforce safety policies.
• Submit monthly workforce and incident reports to Safety Director.
• Provide on-site EHS oversight and training as required.
• Review and approve JSA/HASP; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with client EHS teams and vendor partners on safety standards.
