Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager I to own the project quality control program, maintain the ITP, schedule and witness tests, and produce daily QC reports. You will manage nonconformances and coordinate with the superintendent and engineer of record on corrective actions.

The role is a path from field inspector to program owner, with sponsor training and opportunity to advance within larger projects across our program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction materials testing or QC roles.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings and translate them into a test plan.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project ITP and testing frequency log.
• Schedule and witness field and laboratory tests.
• Write the daily QC report and meeting records.
• Open, track, and close nonconformance reports with the superintendent and engineer of record.
