Job summary

RQ Construction LLC seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager for an on-site role at an active military base in Barksdale, LA. You will plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program and ensure contract compliance while managing admin tasks and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, 2+ years as QC Manager, and holds a USACE CQM certificate; LEED credentials and RMS/QCS training are a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a field related to construction or engineering.
• Ten+ years in commercial construction including roles such as Superintendent, QC Manager, PM, or PE.
• Two+ years specifically as QC Manager.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors certificate required; RMS/QCS training preferred.
• LEED AP/GA certificates preferred.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and email/Internet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program.
• Execute QC activities in accordance with contract requirements.
• Complete administrative documentation on time.
• Cultivate customer satisfaction with the client and align with company values.
• On-site responsibilities at the Barksdale, LA project.
