RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for field operations on a project assignment at a military base in Barksdale, LA. This on-site role requires coordinating a project-specific QC program and ensuring documentation compliance while maintaining client satisfaction.
Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in commercial construction with a minimum of 2 years as a QC Manager and hold the USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate; additional certifications such as LEED
Project assignment: Barksdale, LA, active military base.
QC Managers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, executing its performance according to contract requirements, completing administrative documentation on time, and cultivating customer satisfaction with the client, all in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. The role is on-site and local candidates are preferred, with per diem available for qualified out-of-area candidates.
Pay: $140-$160k per year, depending on experience
