Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare, K-12 education, judicial facilities, or similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Build and manage project schedules, including long‑lead items and pull planning.
• Control project costs, projections, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
