Jobot is seeking a Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple large-scale commercial projects in Omaha, Nebraska. The role demands strong leadership, scheduling oversight, safety accountability, and collaboration with PMs and clients.

You will mentor Superintendents and foremen, manage crews and subcontractors, drive site efficiency, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

Qualifikationen

• 8–15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple projects and field teams.
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, contracts.
• Experience with Procore and MS Project.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide overall leadership and direction for field operations across multiple commercial projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, executives, and clients.
• Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards.
• Drive job site efficiency and proactive decision-making.
• Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
