Job summary

Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead large capital projects in a fast-paced environment. You will drive planning, budgeting, and execution, coordinating with Construction Managers and executive stakeholders to meet scope, cost, and schedule objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex projects above $200M, with a proven record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience managing complex capital construction projects exceeding $200M in value.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare, higher education, museum, or cultural facilities experience highly preferred.
• Experience leading major projects and advising senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of major construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Translate client goals into actionable project strategies and drive execution.
• Oversee budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling to stay on track.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and vendor negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Provide daily guidance to project teams and align stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
