Responsibilities include planning schedules, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills to plan, schedule, budget, and oversee construction projects.
• Expediting experience to secure materials, equipment, and approvals on time.
• Inspection and quality control to verify compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Logistics management to coordinate deliveries and site resources across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of design-build and construction management as well as general contracting processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Ability to work on-site in Morris, IL and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools.
• Relevant education in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations; prior experience in commercial/industrial construction is a plus.
