Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 5–7 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business contracts and technical procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to lead and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Control costs and manage budgets.
• Safely manage jobsite and ensure quality.
• Maintain client and owner relations.
