Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements.
• Verifies accuracy of project financial forecast, notices, and billings; escalates deviations.
• Ensures a team creates a project-specific quality plan aligned with contract documents.
• Ensures a closeout plan is developed per contract documents.
• Provides leadership to motivate the project team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Directs and supervises project team members and maintains relationships with owners, subs, unions.
• Leads subcontracting strategy and buyout process integrity.
• Negotiates contracts and manages risk mitigation and change orders.
• Ensures compliance with insurance and bonds.
• Coordinates preconstruction services and approves owner/design deliverables.
• Leads communication and prioritization to meet schedule.
• Develops local market networking strategies and partnerships.
• Partner with business development to optimize profits and client relations.
