Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing Science and Technology, Life Science, K-12, Higher Education.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Verifies accuracy of project financial forecast and billings.
• Provides leadership in motivating the project team.
• Negotiates all aspects of contracts.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of local market areas.
