Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site operations and drive the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of construction projects in Atlanta. The role may oversee medium-sized projects or larger, complex programs, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–12 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment; knowledge of industry software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: develops or contributes to the project safety plan and ensures policies are followed.
• Project Controls, Risk, & Compliance: develops project controls, risk mitigation plans, and manages contracts and insurance/bonds processes.
• Financial Management: manages project forecast, change management, billings, and adherence to notice provisions.
• Quality & Closeout: creates a project quality plan and closeout plan aligned with contract requirements.
• Team Leadership & Development: leads the project team, supervises staff, and develops personnel.
• Subcontracting & Procurement: develops subcontracting strategy, writes scopes of work for buyout.
• Scheduling & Coordination: creates CPM schedules and conducts constructability reviews.
• Business Development & Client Relations: builds local market relationships and supports sales strategies.
