Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–10+ years of Project Management experience on large projects.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and maintain a positive project environment.
• Manage project controls, scheduling, estimating, and cost control.
• Coordinate with CM, architects, and subs for risk, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare monthly cost/schedule/ safety/ cash flow reports.
• Ensure safety and quality on the job site.
