Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with a general contractor, construction manager, or large trade contractor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project controls concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in change management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to monthly cost reporting with insights and analysis.
• Support cost tracking, pay applications, and reporting per project controls.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery to maintain schedules.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Ensure project documentation is organized and distributed to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
