Next150 Construction seeks a motivated Construction Engineer to support the project team on a Columbus job site, coordinating information and authorizations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality. The role sits on-site with occasional training travel and strong field collaboration with Project Managers and Foremen.

The position emphasizes learning through Gilbane University and hands-on experience in self-performed work, scheduling, safety and cost reporting to bridge field

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
• 2–6 years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager on coordinating and distributing all project information.
• Maintain real-time contract document logs with the project team.
• Prepare and present status reports on RFIs, submittals, and other documents.
