Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services seeks a motivated Construction Engineer to support the project team on-site, coordinating information and authorizations to keep the project on time and within budget. The role embeds with crews and foremen, bridging field operations with project management.

You will work with Project Managers to ensure logs and documents are up to date, and you will use CMiC and Bluebeam to support field reporting, labor tracking and equipment logs, while learning from experienced

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
• 2–6 years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute all project information with the Project Manager.
• Maintain contract document logs in real time.
• Prepare status reports on RFIs, submittals, and documents.
