Job summary

Next150 Construction Services seeks a Construction Engineer III to support project teams on-site, coordinating information, authorizations, and logistics to meet schedule and quality targets. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, foremen, and crews, with occasional office trainings.

The position emphasizes field execution, documenting progress, and maintaining logs, with opportunities to learn through Gilbane University and mentoring from experienced PMs.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
• 3+ years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute project information with Project Manager
• Update contract document logs in real time
• Prepare and present status reports on RFIs and submittals
• Write scopes of work for bid packages
• Issue and follow up on communications with contractors and vendors
• Update project schedules with CPM techniques
• Maintain project quality files and documentation
• Coordinate field execution of self-perform work and manage material/logistics
