Job summary

Sargent Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Pittsburgh, PA office with field-site duties at Bloom PIT Campus Power Station. You will work with Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to organize meetings, logs, and field office operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating GC/Owner meetings, distributing documents, tracking action items, and ensuring safety and site access compliance while supporting a small team on a large self-perform electrical project.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associate/technical degree preferred.
• Experience with ProjectSight, Bluebeam, Procore and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication abilities; detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to take accurate meeting minutes and prepare agendas/logs; work with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, logs, and minutes; track follow-ups.
• Support weekly GC/Owner coordination with documentation and action items.
• Track deliveries, visitor access, and open items; assign and confirm completion.
• Distribute drawings and revised documents; maintain transmittal records.
• Run field office operations: supply orders and visitor logistics with Safety Manager.
• Route time and payroll questions to On-Site Payroll Administrator (no payroll processing).
• Support drawing revisions and transmittals; maintain records.
• Lead field office operations and site access coordination.
