Job summary

The Superior Group is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to support our on-site construction projects in Conesville, Ohio. The role focuses on managing project files, onboarding new hires, processing payment applications, and handling general administrative duties.

You will report to the Project Executive and contribute to keeping the jobsite moving forward by maintaining accurate time-keeping data, managing contracts, and writing reports as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of administrative, payroll, or operations support experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: experience with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Continuously collaborate with team members to help keep our jobsite moving forward.
• Support with onboarding of new Field Operations team members.
• Maintain time-keeping data-entry for Field Operations payroll.
• Maintain project files and payment applications.
• Prepare and track construction RFIs.
• Manage contract documents.
• Write reports and provide general administrative duties.
