Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an on-site Manager for our project in Conesville, OH. This full-time, in-person role leads construction execution, coordinates the project team, and oversees financials to meet schedule, safety, quality, and budget expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience, and is proficient with construction management software for collaboration, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience with CM software for project collaboration, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of construction projects per contract, schedule, safety, quality and budget.
• Coordinate and oversee project team and trade-responsible engineers.
• Manage project financials including monthly forecasting, owner billings, invoices, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with field team to plan schedule, safety initiatives, and quality standards.
• Oversee project setup and office operations to support daily work.
• Interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Identify and resolve project issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and model company culture.
