Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking an on-site Construction Project Manager to lead overall project direction, completion, safety, schedule and financial performance on our sites in Raleigh, NC. This role may oversee medium to large/complex projects or multiple smaller projects concurrently.

The PM will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to contract requirements, while fostering a constructive team culture and coordinating with stakeholders and trade contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–12 years of experience in construction management.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Develops or contributes to project safety plans and ensures safety policy adherence.
• Manages project controls, risk mitigation, and contract compliance.
• Leads financial management including forecasts, change management, and GMP considerations.
• Creates CPM schedules and coordinates complex projects; leads coordination reviews.
