Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue, monitor and close work permits on assigned projects daily.
• Ensure projects align with CBRE safety culture and policies.
• Monitor work activities to verify conformance with permits.
• Collaborate with project team and client representatives on site.
• Assist Project Manager with changes and pricing requests as needed.
• Maintain timely, high-quality service from contractors and vendors.
