Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Indianapolis is seeking a CBRE |T&T Project Manager to lead a team delivering advanced management services for pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging sites. This on-site role supports client campuses in Indianapolis or Lebanon, IN three to four days a week.

You will manage project delivery from initiation through completion with focus on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk while upholding CBRE values and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing GMP-compliant projects required.
• PM skills in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manages all facets of project delivery including budget, schedule, procurement, and quality delivery for GMP areas.
• Interacts with client to define project requirements and prepares scope of work.
• Leads bid analysis, supplier selection, and change management.
• Promotes CBRE values and ensures compliance with standards.
• Provides project updates to stakeholders and manages risk and schedule.
