Job summary

• 14+ years construction supervisory experience required, with at least 3 years as a construction manager.
• OSHA Training completed; pre-employment onboarding may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates on-site subcontractor activities to meet the CPM schedule and project requirements.
• Manages budget, schedule, and handover of startup packages; leads safety and quality programs.
• Supervises superintendents, mentors field staff, and interfaces with the Project Field Manager and client.
