Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced construction professional to lead field operations on a flagship luxury multifamily development in Orlando. You will coordinate ground-up work, manage subcontractors, and ensure premium finishes and on-time delivery.

This role requires 5+ years of Class A multifamily experience, proficiency with Procore, strong organization and communication, and the ability to work onsite across the greater Orlando area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multifamily construction experience with a general contractor.
• Experience supporting ground-up Class A or luxury multifamily developments.
• Knowledge of Type V wood-frame construction and large garden-style apartments.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, quality control, safety, inspections, and daily field operations.
• Familiarity with luxury residential finishes, clubhouse builds, resort-style amenities, pools and outdoor spaces.
• Experience using construction management software (e.g., Procore).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite across the greater Orlando area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and daily field operations to maintain progress and quality.
• Oversee quality control and safety inspections to ensure compliance with plans and codes.
• Manage schedule and budgets with field teams and contractors.
• Communicate clearly with project leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to resolve issues on-site quickly.
