Job summary

Green Valley Construction Texas is seeking a Construction Site Manager/Project Manager to oversee daily progress across multiple homes in our communities. This on-site role requires strong organization and proactive management of moving parts to keep projects on schedule.

You will walk homes daily, document progress, coordinate subcontractors, track timelines, and identify issues before delays occur, ensuring efficient and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Walk homes and construction sites regularly to monitor and document progress.
• Track project timelines and ensure construction milestones are being met.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow.
• Obtain and coordinate quotes from subcontractors and vendors as needed.
• Identify potential construction issues or delays and develop solutions proactively.
• Ensure subcontractors are completing work according to schedule and expectations.
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments and project teams.
• Document site conditions, progress updates, and outstanding items.
• Follow up on incomplete work and ensure items are addressed promptly.
• Assist in ensuring homes are progressing toward on-time completion.
