Job summary

The role is predominantly on-site (approximately 80%) with a hands-on leadership style, strong communication with stakeholders, and a focus on safety, quality, and timely reporting throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or senior construction role.
• Strong experience on industrial construction projects.
• Solid knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
• Experience with change management in construction or project environments.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site construction management and leadership.
• Oversee industrial construction activities and coordinate MEP packages.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks, issues, delays and impacts to delivery.
• Support sequencing of MEP and industrial activities.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews and coordination meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting on progress and risks.
