Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• At least 5 years of construction field experience.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Familiarity with CPM schedules, cost and labor reports.
• Understanding of contract plans, specs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Administer site safety program and maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities with self-perform labor, subs, and consultants.
• Manage project budget, cost to complete, and change documentation.
• Develop baseline and short-term schedules; track milestones.
• Interface with client reps, A-E reps, and officials professionally.
• Lead weekly meetings and ensure quality plans are executed.
