Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to coordinate the work of Ryan employees, subcontractors, and project management on the Milwaukee jobsite, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion while enforcing safety programs.

Responsibilities include developing site safety programs, managing subcontractors, tracking CPM schedules, assisting with the construction budget, procuring materials, and maintaining quality control and daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Documentation / file management.
• Meeting management skills.
• Team player with team building skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and plans and specifications; give proper direction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite to complete on time and on budget.
• Develop a site-specific safety program and administer project safety per Ryan policies; conduct Job Safety/Hazard Analysis.
• Manage subcontractors and track a CPM schedule; assist in budget development and control.
• Assist with material procurement; establish and monitor Quality Control; maintain daily documentation and meetings.
