Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure project milestones stay on budget and schedule. You will enforce safety programs, read blueprints, manage meetings, develop CPM schedules, and assist with budget and procurement.

This role requires post-high school construction education, strong leadership and teamwork, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test required.
• Documentation / file management.
• Remain calm under stress and seek help when needed.
• Meeting management and team collaboration.
• Read and understand blueprints and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work among Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on site.
• Develop a site safety program and administer project safety per policies.
• Manage subcontractors to perform work per contract.
• Develop and track CPM schedule and monitor its progress.
• Assist in budgeting and procurement activities.
• Establish and monitor quality control for the project.
• Handle daily documentation, file management and meetings.
